Prior full-time production experience is essential

Leadership: Strong team management with experience

Excellent conversational and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence

Ability to multitask and juggle multiple high-pressure projects with precision

Strong computer literacy and familiarity with production software/tools and AI
